
Face-to-Face Connections™ was developed by TSEA as a strategic sourcing event
for exhibit and event industry event that brings together suppliers (hosts) and
potential clients (guests) for a series of pre-planned, 30-minute face-to face
meetings in a private room in which each meeting is tailored to
maximize sales and meet clients’ needs.

transportation ,hotel accommodations, and meals are paid for by TSEA.

requests, and expectations which we will review with you in advance of your
meeting

How is Face-to-Face
Connections™ planned?

For a flat fee, hosts are given a private hotel suite
that includes all basic meeting essentials including a conference table and
chairs, AV for presentations, etc. (You also have the option of customizing the
space to meet any special needs for an additional cost charged by the site.)
During each of your 30-minute meetings, you will have the opportunity to sell
your products and services to guests who have expressed interest in your
specific products and services. Guests will rotate into your meeting space every
40 minutes during the scheduled meeting periods |
